All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi

Managed medico-legal cases across mortuary, toxicology, and emergency. Advised on organ transplantation and banking, represented hospital authorities in court, and trained doctors and officers on medico-legal procedures.

Supervised hospital-wide administrative workflows, introduced new service-delivery approaches for EWS and insured patients, and strengthened recruitment, training, and documentation systems.
